The Challenge
To translate the “internal noise” of the song into a distinct visual world. By integrating the band’s existing moth iconography into a narrative-driven performance, the project aims to personify the friction of an ADHD mind through evolving color and symbolic VFX.

The Strategy & Execution
I built a visual progression that mirrors the song’s building urgency. The film opens in high-contrast, black-and-white to emphasize texture and tension. As the track intensifies, I introduced gradual color saturation and symbolic VFX in the form of digitally rendered swarms of moth that increase in density as the narrative peaks. By layering comic-book aesthetics like halftone dots, I translated “internal noise” into a deliberate, stylized environment.

The Result
Motion Identity: Transformed static album iconography into a dynamic visual, giving the band’s central “moth” symbol a narrative life-cycle.
Technical Storytelling: Leveraged color shifts and halftone textures as rhythmic tools to mirror the narrator’s arc from hesitation to impulsive action.
Aesthetic Anchor: Established a high-impact “visual universe” that defines the band’s image beyond simple performance footage.
